When you install the MIM Sync server, it prompts you to export an encryption key for the database. This lead me to believe that the MIM Sync database is encrypted. However when I open the database in SSMS and navigate to the metaverse table for example,
I can see in plain text all of the values of the metaverse entries. So what is actually encrypted by the MIM Encryption Key?
