FIM password reset portal customization

Hi all,

i am trying to customize the password reset portal for FIM. i am using OTP email gate. After the user enters his username and the portal displays the "Verify your Identity: Email verification" page where the user has to enter the security code, in this page i want to display the OTP email address to which the security code was sent. the email address is saved in the "One Time Password Email address" attribute. i just want to display it to the user as read-only so that the user knows to which email address the security code was sent.
