Allow only adding members whose displayname starts with certain string to certain groups

I'm trying to achieve the following scenario:

• rolebased groups start with prefix abc
• rolebased useraccounts (displayname) start with prefix abc
• when group defined above is added members, it should only take in the useraccounts with the same prefix

Is this kind of scenario possible with FIM?
