date time error

All,

I have a sql table import which has dob (datetimestamp) in the format yyyy-dd-MM 00:00:00. In FIM portal, I have the date attribute as indexed string MM/dd/yyyy. I am try to load users from sql to FIM. How can I do the conversion?
